We are designed not to store prompts or completions

Quaneuron is designed to avoid storing your prompts or model outputs. We focus on operational signals like cost, latency, errors, and patterns, so you can understand usage and waste without collecting sensitive content.

We track: cost
We track: tokens
We track: latency
We track: errors
We track: workflow labels
We do NOT track: prompts
We do NOT track: completions
We do NOT track: raw content

What we collect

Quaneuron is built to help teams understand how AI features behave in real usage. We collect operational metadata needed to provide the service and to identify waste.

  • Operational metrics: cost (estimated), token counts, latency, error rates, and usage patterns.
  • Event metadata: timestamps, environment tags (prod/staging), route/workflow labels, model/provider names, and status indicators.
  • Account info: basic contact and workspace information needed to operate the service.
  • Workflow labels note: these are identifiers you choose (for example, checkout_refund_bot), not user content.

What we do not collect

We design Quaneuron to avoid collecting the most sensitive content by default.

  • Prompts, messages, or user inputs sent to an AI model.
  • Completions, responses, or generated outputs from an AI model.
  • Raw documents, files, or source content you send through your AI features.

Sharing and access

We do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorized users within your workspace. If you choose to share reports with partners (for example, an accelerator), you control what is shared.

  • Founder-controlled visibility: you decide who can see what.
  • Aggregates-first: sharing can be trends and summaries, not raw event streams.
  • Access control: workspace-based permissions and authentication.

Retention and deletion

We aim to support practical retention windows and deletion requests consistent with the service and applicable requirements. If you want specific retention defaults, email us and we’ll align with your policy.
