What we collect

- Account information such as name, email address, organization, login-related information, and user role.
- Information submitted through conversation requests, support messages, or other direct communications.
What we do not collect
- Quaneuron does not store AI prompt content.
- Quaneuron does not store AI completion content.
- Quaneuron is not intended to store raw customer documents, source data, or sensitive user-generated content.
How we use information

- To help authorized users understand production AI usage, cost, reliability, and operational health.
- To respond to inquiries, support requests, and product conversations.
