Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and any waitlist or rollout communications. This is a plain-English summary and may evolve as Quaneuron develops. If you have questions, contact hello@quaneuron.com.

Effective: February 13, 2026
Last updated: February 13, 2026

1) What this site is

This site describes Quaneuron and lets you join the waitlist. The product is still evolving. Anything shown or described may change.

2) Waitlist and rollout

  • Joining the waitlist is optional.
  • Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, or features.
  • As Quaneuron rolls out, the service may have downtime, bugs, incomplete features, or breaking changes.

3) Privacy and data handling

For details, see our Privacy page. At a high level: Quaneuron is designed to track cost, latency, errors, and patterns — not your prompts or completions.

4) Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break, scan, scrape, or overload the site or service.
  • Do not use the site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Do not try to access other users’ data or accounts.

5) Intellectual property

Quaneuron, the site design, logos, and content are owned by Quaneuron (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or republish the site content without permission.

6) Feedback

If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree we can use it to improve Quaneuron without obligation to you. (You still own your underlying know-how. This just lets us build.)

7) No warranties

The site and any access to the service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your exact needs.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaneuron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.

If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (and if you paid nothing, the limit is $0).

9) Third-party services

The site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue using the site after changes, that means you accept the updated terms.
