1) Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Quaneuron website, submitting a conversation request, or using any authorized Quaneuron service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Quaneuron.

2) What Quaneuron is

Quaneuron provides production AI visibility, cost awareness, reliability insight, and related operational support for teams building or operating AI-enabled products and business processes.

The service may evolve over time. Features, access models, pricing, availability, and descriptions may change.

3) Conversation requests and authorized access

• Submitting a request is optional.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee access, timing, features, pricing, or participation.
• Customer access, pilots, or other arrangements may require separate written terms.
• As Quaneuron evolves, the service may experience downtime, bugs, incomplete features, or changes.

4) Privacy and data handling

For details, see our Privacy page. At a high level, Quaneuron does not store prompts or completions and is designed to support operational visibility while avoiding unnecessary collection of sensitive AI content.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Quaneuron for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, source code, or data
• break, scan, scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, overload, or interfere with the site or service
• upload malicious code, harmful files, spam, or disruptive content
• try to access other users’ data, accounts, or service information
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, organization, or authority
• use Quaneuron in a way that could damage, disable, impair, or overburden the service

6) Intellectual property

Quaneuron, including the website, software, service, interfaces, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Quaneuron or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, scrape, crawl, republish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or use Quaneuron content or materials to build or improve a competing product, service, platform, or system.

7) Non-public materials

Materials shared through authorized access, customer conversations, service discussions, demonstrations, pricing discussions, or related Quaneuron communications may be subject to additional written terms.

You may not copy, record, distribute, disclose, or use non-public Quaneuron materials for competitive, derivative, or unauthorized purposes without prior written permission.

8) User content and submissions

You may submit information through Quaneuron, including conversation requests, messages, feedback, account information, organization information, and related materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate Quaneuron, provide the service, maintain security, review requests, support authorized use, and fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

9) Third-party services

Quaneuron may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, authentication, payment, security, or integration providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10) No warranties

Quaneuron is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaneuron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Quaneuron will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

12) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective or updated date above. Your continued use of Quaneuron after changes become effective means the updated terms apply going forward.
